Cleaver

The Suncraft Cleaver is excellent for heavy work & quite handy opening my large cardboard packages.
Highly recommended 👌

Very nice

A decent size and weight without being unwieldy. Nice looking, although I may rehandle it to a WA style. Good sharp edge OOTB and a nice thick spine for coconut cracking.

Best Bone Cleaver

The best bone cleaver I ever owned compared to the inferior Chinese steel. Even superior than the Henkel that I’ve owned. Weight is perfect and has a nice balance to it.

Fit and finish

The handle is very well made, fits perfectly in my hand and can hold together after a chopping session. good weight on the blade, goes through bones easily.
