This thing is a laser beam for those big sourdough loaves. Love using it .

Best bread knives ever

I bake my own bread, and usually without an electric slicer, bread can be difficult to cut smoothly. This Namiba Monster knife, with its really long 360mm blade , honestly makes slicing bread a dream. It handles any thickness cut with ease.

Exceeded expectations.

The 36cm knife is a pleasure to hold, an goes thru larger loafs very easily. Feels/is very sharp and well thought out.
The only lingering question is, should I have gone for the 45cm model?
