Mimatsu Kitchen Scissors
These are the sort of scissors you'll reach for constantly. They're tough, versatile, and built around a clever two part design where the handles detach from the blades, which makes cleaning them properly an absolute breeze.
The two material construction is the smart bit. You get razor sharp steel cutting edges doing the hard work, paired with lightweight zinc alloy handles so they never feel clunky in the hand. Those chrome plated handles pull double duty too, with a built in bottle opener, jar opener and ring pull lifter for cans, so they earn their spot in the drawer.
