| Care | Pre-seasoned, but season again before first use. Avoid soap where possible, never use a dishwasher, and dry immediately and thoroughly. The handle gets hot during cooking, so use a folded towel or oven mitt. |
Due to the manufacturing process there may be small scratches on the iron plate. As the hard tempering is done by hand, there may be unevenness, spots or oil buildup; this does not affect the quality.
