Fangst Gift Box 10 Pack Explorer Box

Fangst is an independent tinned fish brand out of Copenhagen, and the name is Danish for "catch." Their whole approach is to take the southern European canning tradition and make it Nordic.

The Explorer Box covers most of the range in one go. Ten tins across eight recipes, with doubles of the two smoked sprats. The sprats are fished in the Baltic and the mussels come from the Limfjord, a Danish inlet known for them.
