Fangst is an independent tinned fish brand out of Copenhagen, and the name is Danish for "catch." Their whole approach is to take the southern European canning tradition and make it Nordic.
A smaller way into Fangst, the independent Copenhagen brand doing tinned fish the Nordic way. This box gives you one tin each of sprats, blue mussels, salmon and herring. It's a good starting point if you haven't tried the brand before, and an easy gift for anyone already hooked on tinned fish.
