The GreenLife Tabletop BBQ's are the perfect alternative to the bulkier clay Hibachi's when portability and ease of use are the priority. Crafted in Sanjo, Niigata with the typical attention to detail expected of goods from this area, they are a lightweight, no-fuss option for yakitori, steaks, vegetables, seafood, or anything else that does well cooked on charcoal.
Just heat our White Charcoal Sticks, empty them into the grill, and you're good to go.
We highly recommend pairing with a good drink, a nice view, and good company.

About West Japan Tools
West Japan Tools is the brainchild of Takayuki Shibata, based in Fukuyama City. Shibata-san is probably best known in knife circles as the founder of Masakage Knives, but his curiosity didn't stop there. After years of cooking for his family, he found himself frustrated by the tools available to him, and that frustration pushed him to start developing his own kitchen products, beginning with a quest to build the perfect frying pan, which eventually expanded into a broader range of kitchen tools and accessories.
Care
Hand wash with warm water and mild dish soap after each use, never put it in the dishwasher. Dry it immediately with a towel and stand it upright to allow air to circulate on both sides. Regularly apply a food-safe mineral oil or beeswax board conditioner to keep the wood hydrated and prevent it from drying out and cracking. Light surface scratches are completely normal and part of using a wood board.
Chef's Edge
We pride ourselves on offering an unparalleled selection of Japanese knives. From the versatile Gyuto and the precise Santoku to specialized knives like the Nakiri and Yanagiba, each knife is handpicked for its quality and performance.
