I
Ilham A KUSUMAHADI
This one is for my personal collections.

What can I say? This is probably one of my best buys so far.
I won a Yoshikane Bunka knive through Chef's Edge giveaway and that Bunka became one of my daily knife for work. ( I work as a full time chef ).

Out of the box, my expectations was the same as for the Gyuto, it is very sharp out of the box. The craftsmanship of Yoshikane Blade is as astounding as it looks, crafted from a white carbon steel and honed to a very thin edge, it has a really comfortable handle and fit in my hand quite nicely.
This Gyuto is for my collection, it accompanied my partner's Kisuke Gyuto and we are planning to make it a masterpiece collection of our own.

Thank you, Chef Edge Team!!

Ps: Many thanks to Ben for the note, it is such a gorgeous knife.
