These knives from Yoshihiro feature a cost effective, tough, hardy core of SK3 high-carbon, non stainless steel. The knives are priced to reflect the finish which is rustic, raw, and unashamedly handmade. Kurouchi finish and magnolia D shaped handle with plastic ferrule. Great knives for a low-stress entrance into Japanese knives.
