Very beautiful knife

Verry beautiful knife, that has a precious tuch. Extremely sharpe blade which Européen knifes can’t compair to and which even makes cutting tricky because you straight into your cutting board and don’t slide over it. It’s sensitivity to oxidation demands a more careful planning of your cooking procedure compair to a stainless steel knife !
